How to enrol your child into Kew College

It is never too early to register your child at Kew College. We have two Nursery classes, one in the morning and one in the afternoon – known respectively as Nursery Red and Nursery Yellow.

Siblings are given priority but they must be registered as soon as possible with the Registrar. Non-registered siblings cannot be guaranteed a place in the school.

We usually hold Open Days in May and June for parents of children registered to start in the Nursery the following calendar year. Places are offered in the following Autumn term.

Once offers are made we require a deposit equal to half of the termly fees for the main school to secure a place. The deposit is

reimbursed when the child leaves Form 6.

Priority for the Morning Nursery is given to siblings of children who are already in the school.

If you wish to apply to register your child at Kew College, please fill in a Registration Form. All applications should include a Registration Fee of £50 per child (non-returnable) payable to Kew College. Childcare Vouchers

We are able to accept Childcare Vouchers provided by some employers for children age 3 & 4. Vouchers cannot be accepted once the child reaches compulsory school age.  Please contact the School Bursar to ask if your own employer’s vouchers are acceptable at Kew College and if you are uncertain of the date on which your child reaches compulsory school age.

Monthly Payments

Full fees for the term are payable on the first day of term. If parents wish to make monthly payments, Kew College has an arrangement with Homewood Termtime Collections (HTC). The school is paid at the beginning of term and the parent pays a monthly instalment by direct debit to HTC.

A charge of 2.25% is applied by HTC and HTC has the right to decline applications to use their scheme. Please email the School Bursar for an information leaflet.
