German club
German club is an introduction to the language often taught in secondary schools. The children learn and discuss a topic a week, conversing with each other to develop their pronounciation and put their new skills into practice. Each week we use games, songs, physical activities, and interactive ICT resources to help us learn the relevant vocabulary. So far we have covered areas such as the weather, our birthdays and hobbies and most importantly, how to order dinner in a restaurant!
Computer Club
Computer club allows children to develop and enhance their ICT skills in a fun and creative manner. Pupils are introduced to a range of software, including word processing programmes, multimedia packages, such as PowerPoint, and editing software including Photoshop. Each half term pupils will focus on a different project which allows them to put their new skills into practice.
