Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

The curriculum for this stage (Nursery and Kindergarten) is based on ongoing observation and assessment in six areas of learning and development, namely:

• Communication, language and literacy
• Problem solving, reasoning and numeracy
• Knowledge and understanding of the world
• Physical development
• Creative development.
